I first met Jimmy in 1995 and over the years we kept talking about recording his music. It didn’t eventually happen until 2003. I was living in Bognor Regis at the time and had turned the spare bedroom in to a make-shift studio. We spent a year between 2003 and 2004 working together on this project. Jimmy would come round 2 or 3 times a week full of ideas, we had so much fun recording this, I think it would have been a comedy album if we’d left in all the out-takes. We recorded around 25 songs and this album contains 12 of them. Jimmy planed to release the remaining songs as a follow up album. Something I hope will still happen sooner or later.
So sit back and let the man show you what he can do, this album is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Jimmy’s music.
